Refine your sounds with the built-in mixer with ­dynamic processing and effects, use the USB mode later to process the material on a computer with minimal loss, or stream your show directly to the Internet. And for remote control from a mobile device, or for timecode synchronisation with compatible products, there’s an optional Bluetooth module.

Use one of the apps to get started quickly. Or adjust all settings manually. Thanks to the high resolution and wide dynamic range, even the finest details are captured. The Portacapture X8 is also ideal for audio recording during a video session, as it allows wireless timecode synchronisation with Atomos and other devices using the optional AK‑BT1 Bluetooth adapter.
